I am really determined to get into bodybuilding, but there are some road blocks in my way.Nutrition. I see a lot of these guys on Muscle and fitness mags looking like army tanks and i see what they have as a diet and its astonishing. The worst part is they say it like its no big deal and we can do it too. Its like they think there's not a recession going on right now and people can afford to eat like that. I think it pisses me off because its like the dont have a bit of sympathy. They can live large (excuse the pun) and a lot of people have to live day by day.. I'm 19 and i need to add as much mass as possible in 6 months because i want to be a pro wrestler. There are not a lot of 5 foot 7 guys out there so i got to pack on some muscle. so how does a kid like me, who gets $240 a week, get started? Where is the poor mans bodybuilding diet. What Do i have to do? I got to make this happen guys. All i can do is work my ass off and pray things work out so i appreciate any incite you can give me. God bless you all. Thanks you.
