I had always wanted to have arcylic nails so on my way home from work i walked through Manchester Arndale and came across a nail stall. At the time i only wanted one set to be done as my own nails where lovely and only required a buff and gloss- I was charged £15 to have arcylic names put on - When i went home the lacquer shine had disappeared so i had to add my wn nail polish to give it a little shine.
The following week i paid another visit juz to have my nails cut and was charged another £9- i thought this was expensive. Another customer who listened in commented to how expensive it was so the staff decided to do my clear and repolish my nails.. when i went home the lacquer came off again- I made the manager aware of this and she was less than sympathic and expected me to came all the way back and make her aware of this - Even though i brought it to their attention before .
Is their a bodie whom i can complain to other than Trading Standards as they are crap... Answers from people from the UK plz ?
