My girlfriend is a great singer and has been doing local gigs, but now shes out of work. Any ideas on how she can get the ball rolling? She sings popular new music, shes 22 and has all her own gear, she is very good and confident and absolutely gorgeous 
I was thinking of maybe hire posters online maybe? is that stupid? Any ideas where though?
And how do you find out about music showcases and book yourself a spot?
Any ideas will be helpful, the more detailed the better.
