power acoustic 3000 or jl audio 500/1?

i am looking to buy a sub set up. it comes with a power acoustic 7 in tv deck, one 12 in sony explode, one 12 in mtx, and the wires and install. i have 2 choices on amps. a jl audio 500/1 or a power acoustic 3000. with the pa it would cost 50 more. which one should i take? and it would be 400 for the whole deal with the jl. is that a good deal overall?
