A week ago everyone was amazed/upset/dumbfounded because the traditional european powerhouses England, Italy, France were all going home and just as surprised at how many South American teams were advancing.
Today the pendulum swings back in the other direction and Tuesday will see the last South American team go home. Netherlands will go to the final.
