I have planned a trip to Japan in the middle of July. I will be staying in Tokyo, Japan for a month.
Due to the recent plummet of the Japanese Yen to USD exchange rate (from 80 to 77) earlier today, I feel that I should purchase my Japanese yen via travel check very soon.
Investors throughout the globe have been pumping trillions of yen into the country's economic market, as a result of the plummet, to raise the value of the Japanese Yen once again. The value has gone from 77 to 79, but it seems to be stabilizing at 79 for now.
Are there any distinguished predictions as to the exchange rate of the Japanese Yen to the USD? Will the value rise or drop even further from now on?
Any thoughts?
