I'm going to make some Russian blini for my co-workers this weekend. I've made them before, but I've lost the recipe I used and can't remember much of it. Which recipes do you use or recommend? Yeast or no yeast?
Also, what types of toppings do you suggest? This will be a brunch-time serving, and we are all vegetarian. My all-time favorite topping/filling is sweet & condensed milk, and I really haven't branched out much from there. What are other standards? Chocolate syrup? Fruit preserves?
