Im 11wks4days pregnant...this is my 1st pregnancy...i wanna know what the nutrition facts should look like on the stuff I eat and drink...like fat, calories, sugars, iron, sodium, etc...what are healthy or decent nutrtion facts I should be looking for..i know I should eat the basic fruits, veggies and weats n stuff, but for the days I get lazy or dont have access to the good foods...thanx!!
