My blackberry just randomly shuts down,before I used to get an indication with the red flashing light,but now it just turns off,and when I reboot it,the battery isn't drained? Also,when I try to charge my phone there's a black plug icon instead of the flashing light...And when I take my phone out of the charger it completely turns off.Is there something wrong with my phone?
