I got this new internet that uses 3G technology ...its really great .but either the site open very fast or not open at all..
its killing me many of my imporant sites dont open ,,,and the only thing that the internet company does is change the IP adress to other countries and it doesnt help.can any one tell me whats causing this ...thnx 4 ur time
