Film of grease left on my dishes and seal water at the bottom is yellowish in colour. Also, there was approx. 1/2 of the detergent powder left in the detergent cup, which was hardened by the way. It seems hot water got into the cup but there wasn't enough to dissolve and rinse out all for washing. What seems to be the problem with my Dishwasher? What's wrong?</p></blockquote><p></p>
