Problem with the Verizon Razr V3m?

Yeah, my Razr V3m is pissing me off. I have no idea how it happened but one day I just picked up my phone and called someone, and whenever I make or answer a call [or any other noise that comes out of the ear...speaker...box...thing idk.] NO noise comes out. its just not there. I'm not receiving any sound! The phone is new, I got it 5 months ago, tell me how to fix it, or maybe what Verizon can do to get me a new phone?
 
It would be under warranty still. Bring it back in whereyou got it and they'll switch it out or tell you how. Make sure it isnt connected to a bluetooth though because i did that on accident- i forgot my bluetooth was on and wonderred why my phone wasnt working.
 
i used to have a razr and it worked just fine. But now i have an LG Chocolate VX8550. I like it better than the razr. but anyways, i was coming home from school and i was eating in the backseat. I was eating from one of those cups of Jell-O. I spilled the Jell-O right on my phone. My wheel wouldn't turn. So me and my dad took it into the Verizon store. I told them what was wrong and they were very happy to replace it and give me a new one. They make you keep the same battery though. But it doesn't sound like the battery is a problem for your phone. Just take it in to your nearest Verizon Wireless store. I hope this helps. And best of luck getting a new phone or resolving the problem! =]
