I would have to soft reset my motorola STB ( plug off power cable ) to get it working properly again. If I turn off my STB without turning off my receiver, STB will power on again normally.TRIED:calling verizon to do hard reboot on system. (doesn't help)replacing motorola HD STB (doesn't help)Verizon tech coming over to check HDMI connections (doesn't help)</blockquote>
