I use to receive pictures as a text message and then open the option menu and click go and it will direct me to the internet and i was able to see the picture on the Internet. Now i am not able to. It just shows Picture Mail Received from "John" and at the bottom left hand corner it says "Retrieve" i Click on it and nothing happens! What could be the problem. PLEASE HELP.
