ive been having my itouch for a while now and it never gave me any problems. until recently i plugged it into my computer to be charged and to put more music and a little window at the bottom of my screen says that my computer cannot recognize my device. idk why this is happening, i have updated my itunes library and everything. i even restarted everything on my itouch but still nothing. is there anything else that i can do to fix this problem? and how?
