problems with my 'corrupt' sony ericsson W205?

every time I go to change my theme, ring tone, wallpaper, screen saver etc on my sony ericsson W205, it either just doesn't change or it comes up with a message saying 'File corrupt. Cannot be set' for every single thing I try and change it to. How do I stop my phone from doing this?

Any answers would be much appreciated thanks x
 
master reset the phone, it has happened to me more than 3 times now. Its very annoying. Make sure you back up any files you have.
