[QUOTE="Matty, post: 2387049, member: 254767"] ok i bought it about a month or two ago and i rode it for 1 week and then left in garage (its a christmas present but i needed to use a bit because its going for a free service) it is a 2011 cube analog disc first of all the brake levers on the handlebars rattle as i ride, because they are slightly loose, how can i tighten them? the front brake catches slightly as i ride it and when moving very slowly or starting off it actually squeaks, what causes this and how can i fix it? the rear brake at first seemed allright but now after being in the garage for a few weeks i went and rode it again just to check on it and the rear brake..i cant really describe it as a squeak its more of a grinding noise and i can make it really loud (the harder i pull) is this a serious fault or just because its been sitting in a cold garage for a few weeks unused? they are hydraulic brakes by the way.
