Problems with my Nokia 7230?

I had my mobile on yesterday and there was no problems at all. I switched it on today and everything is gone!! My games, pictures, ringtones LOTS of things. The contacts are the only things still there! I cleaned the battery, sim card and memory card but nothing!!

My phone is a Nokia 7230 pay as you go on Vodafone
