got this phone over in new york just over a month ago but its already giving me problems; it actually has a mind of its own. it keeps switching off by itself, and then buttons dont work some of the time, and the battery seems a bit dodgy aswell. Is anyone else having problems with this phone?? dont want to have to return it all the way to new york! (i'm from ireland by the way!)
