So the phone seems to be frozen, except the screen still scrolls and "clicks" however, the buttons across the bottom no longer respond. I have an old motorola droid a855, (oh yeah) but do not speak blackberry. I need someone who is fluent in the ways of the blackberry to advise me.. Thanks.
