Hi, I am having issues updating my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. I downloaded the PC companion and started the update. After preparing the PC for the update and backing up my phone I am stuck at the prepare stage. It continuously tells me to unplug the USB and phone from the computer, then to turn off the phone, then to plug it back in while holding the back button. I do these steps but nothing happens! What am I doing wrong? I am updating to 2.1.A.0.492.
