i recently gave up smoking and my teeth are stained from the smoke. i wanted to know if getting my teeth professionally cleaned at a dental surgery will get rid of the nicotine stains? i used to use a small amount of baking powder to get rid of some staining but that was before i gave up smoking and i think that if i had nice white teeth again it would be an extra deterrent to keep me off the cigarettes.
