Ok so we got these two different cookie dough + everytime I cook them, the first batch get's somewhat burnt but the second batch comes perfect. The cooking instructions are the same for both, 325° for 12 minutes. So I wanted to know how much seconds/minutes I should take off for the first batch so they won't get burnt?

That is odd to here almost. Every time I cook cookies my first batch takes longer to cook then any other batch because the pan is cold at first.

Most of the time when I make cookies I bake them at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

Set the clock on 10 minutes and check, if they are golden brown then take them out. If they are pale then let them cook for a little bit longer.
