Hi Folks,
I like bunging a few suet dumplings into a casserole, or whatever, but no matter how I do it, according to grandmas old method, or a cook-book, they turn out as very stodgdy balls.
I thought of adding baking powder to fluff them up a bit, but no.
You could play tennis with the things.
Any ideas ?
Bob
