PS3 Blu-Ray Problem?

ok I put a question on here earlier about how when I play call of duty 4 on my ps3 the sound would go out the when it ends the game it wouldn't load anything and freeze. I tried a different game and it froze on start up I was wondering if anyone had this problem and a solution. I got the extended warranty at circuit city and it is still under warranty with sony who should I contact?

contact both and ask them about it and pick the one that sounds best 4 u
