Psp Internet, when i go on PlayStation spot everything is Japanese and ...?

i managed to download a game but, it was all japanese and ...i cant get it back English.
And also there is no [clear] option on where to download a theme.

Unless its just me not being able to read the Japanese or Chinese its written in[Sorry for my ignorance to what language it is]
