PT Cruiser... Possible Sale?

I have a 2003 PT Cruiser Touring Edition with 95,000 miles that needs its transmission replaced. Other than that, its in good condition. How much.. approximately... do you think I could sell it for to a private party?
 
I would sell it for $4,999, but not to a dealer. Dealers make you think you are selling the car for a good deal, but then they flip the car and make nearly five-thousand.
 
2000 , the cost of a good running one those miles is 5000a cost of transmission replacement is 3000 so then its 2000 for sale
