Publishing a children's book?

OK. There is this farm nearby where I live, and I wrote a children's story that would be really good to sell specifically there, and maybe only there....on behalf of the farm. Is this possible?
How would I do this? Do I need need to find an agent and discuss it with them, or discuss it with the farm, or....does anyone have any idea how I should do this?

i wouldnt sell it to the farm, because at most you would get like 5 sales
only talk to the farm if u specifally mention it by name
you will need an agent as you will need to publsih it!
only sell it on behalf of the farm if u dont want to make any money off it
