So I don't feel like hitting the gym today, I am going tomorrow instead...but i feel like i need to at least workout my upper body. my lower body are STILL sore from doing squats and lunges (man, those are effective! i hope i see results)
anyway, so I'm a female, and i want to do some push ups...and i know there are tons of different kinds of push-ups...
I haven't done push ups since high school so yeah, i guess I'm a beginner, but if i enjoy them enough and see how sore I get, then it will be part of my "at home" routine"
should I just do the standard kind (NOT ON MY KNEES)?
how many sets & reps?
what are diamond push ups?
what are the best push ups for a female beginner but also effective? don't give me CHUMP exercises either. i like to be challenged, but not hurt lol
