put down payment on a suv 8 days ago, already in shop! no vehicle?

My husband and I put a down payment on a used suv june 5th. I did most of the paper work bc my husband had to work, I was never asked if I wanted to test drive it and I never got to(I know it was dumb not to test drive b4 buying). Even if I had though I wouldn't have known something sounded wrong. I didn't even realize till my gram told me bc I'm always in the suv. Anyways it has an as is no warrany thing on it except for motor, if somethings wrong with motor within 90 days they'll fix. I dropped it with them june 10th and they wouldn't lend me a loaner. We have no vehicle now bc my husbands also broke down yesterday! The guy said it'll be ready Monday june 14 but I'm not sure. If its not ready do I have the right to say give me a loaner or the money I put down? Please let me know!
