Put webpages on itouch through USB or app?

I was wondering if maybe there was some app or something similar that would let you put webpages onto an itouch through sync. I don't have wifi, so i was hoping that maybe there would be something that would use the internet from my computer to put the site onto for the touch for offline use. Thanks in advance (:
