Is it normal for some to develop a little slower than others? The 5 week old puppies I picked from had some the were more developed than others. They were all healthy, but some seemed a lot younger acting then others. Is it normal for some 5 weeks old puppies to be really playful and bigger and others to be smaller and a little more shy acting?</blockquote>
