Question About Telus' 3 Year Plan .?

hey , i'm on a 3 year plan with Telus .
BUT im already sick of my phone i have know .
and i've had it for not even a year ! LOL
if i were to get a new cell phone , would i pay full price
for a phone i want , or does anyone know what they do when someone wants to get a new phone for their 3 year plan ?
 
Call them and bitch and bitch and bitch until you get what you want. May have to call 3 or 4 times. I just told them that my phone was broke and all messed up. They gave me one for free! and I had 2 and 1/2 years left on my contract.
