So we upgraded from digital to digital HD from Rogers today and some of the channels we are supposed to get are black (Rogers Sportsnet ch 27 in Ottawa, CH ch 18 and many others.) They say they are tuning and then it says "channel not available try again later" and nothing I've been trying to fix this since 2pm with no luck. Rogers tried to help, but they told me to do things that I already tried. Did this happen to anyone on Rogers HD cable and what was the solution? We have a 42" LED and some HD channels look amazing and some SD channels don't even fit the screen in 16:9, they just have two black bars on the left and right making the 42" screen kind of useless and it annoying having to fix picture size for each channel individually. I'm so frustrated. I am using an HDMI cable and have tried the component cables with no luck.
