Question of the day for Torrent down-loaders?

Hello. I have uTorrent and just download a game so my question is, the download is 100% , but the thing says "seeding" and it seems like the size of the downloading file is increasing. What does that mean?

and yeah what should I do after I have download a torrent file. because I went to the orignal folder and saw that all the files are'nt openable. THANKS.
 
when it says seeding, right click on the title where the download is shown, select remove and delete torrent, this way you delete the torrent from your downloads list BUT the file you have the downloaded file, your game, in the folder where you have chosen for all your downloads to go.
