I want to see if the people who answer questions on here actually know their stuff.

1.) How many intense training sessions can you have each day without going in to overtraining?

2.) How many pounds of muscle can an average person build in a year?

3.) What do most steroids do?

4.) How would you tell someone how to lose weight in 4 words?

5.) How does someone tone their muscles?

Don't give me vague answers like "it depends on your age, genetics, etc"
