When they need to do their business they are in a fenced yard and someone watches them. I take them on walks with a leash.I know my dogs will run after a cat, squirrel, or car...that is why I keep them under control.There are too many people who let their dogs get free run. They think that they can control them by voice...great if you can but if you aren't with them it doesn't count.There are a lot of dogs in my neigborhood, luckily most are fenced in.</blockquote>
