raptor 350 help keeping up with other bikes?

i have an 05 raptor 350 all stock and im having some trouble keeping up, im riding with a stock 400ex, decked out 400ex, rm25, wr250x, trx450r, and some others, i know im not going to beat them but im pretty much getting dusted everywhere and am stuck with my quad so dont say get a new one. i'm looking for pretty basic advice on how to upgrade without going too far in the motor and with only being 16, on a semi-low budget
 
To get more power you have to increase airflow going in and out of engine. Cut a hole in the top of the airbox or remove the airbox lid if it has one, and put on a full exhaust system.

If your modifying your airbox you also have to jet the carb. Don't bother with any of these mods if you don't jet your carb, without the jets it will run just as good or worse than stock, and with them it will feel like a new quad.
