I have adopted a dog from the shelter, he has been with us for a year now...and now his true colors are showing. I was told he was good with children, housetrained, outdoor dog, and curious about cats...
okay so far all but outdoor dog was correct...He is not an outdoor dog, he barks, shakes, whines..and now is very overprotective of my 4 year old. If my son goes out to play the dog will bark this house down and growl..and if you try to restrain him he gnarls and begins to bite...
I can't turn him back in, I am not that kinda person, I rescue animals...all my animals are strays or shelter rescues..
Any advice? Oh and one more thing when he is excited like ALWAYS he trickles urine, how do I stop this....
