It's from a USB and when I try to play the video files, it comes up with an box saying "The video for this file cannot be played. Would you like to check to see if there is an update available for the video"
So then I click 'Yes' and it says "Realplayer needs to download new software to play this clip" and then I click 'OK'
So then it starts to look for software to download and a box comes up saying "There is no software update available from Real to support this content" and in the 'Details' box it says:
Content Type(s):
ICM.XVID.
I'm sorry if thats not enough information there I'm quite hopeless with all this techy stuff. If someone can help me or at least tell me what's wrong that would be great.
