Rear ended, Minor damage, Dont have enough info.?

Hello, So today I got rear ended. Damage is about the size of a half dollar. with a dime sized hole in my rear bumper. The person who rear ended me left. I only got their license plate number, and the make and model of their car. Is there any way I can still get them to pay for the damage?
