...decide to file it? My garage is right under my room and I parked my car right in front of it the other night. I notice my neighbors car pass by and I heard a thump but I didnt realize she hit my car until later on. So i talked to her about reimbursing me for damages and she wants to file it through insurance. Will this raise my insurance dues?
