I have a really good recipe that i use to make icing/frosting that uses butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. I was wondering if i could substitute the same amount of cream cheese instead of butter to make a cream cheese frosting/icing for a red velvet cake that i am making for my great-grandparent's anniversary.
If you dont think that this would work could you please leave me the recipe for a really good cream cheese icing.
