So I have been recovering from anorexia for about 3-4 months. It has been going good so far.I just REALLY want to know how YOUR RECOVERY went! I have gained back some weight and I am almost at my goal weight! However, I have been having some queries. I’ve been binging lately (not purging, and not too out of control.). I tell myself it’s OK because I am in recovery and my body is just getting used to me eating but I’m worried that I won’t be able to eat normally again? Also, some days I binge a little and I regret it and I am bloated. Other days I binge a little and I feel okay and I don’t mind that I binged. I that normal? Another thing is before I started recovery I LOVED to workout. I stopped working out now, but I want to get fit once more. All I have been doing is yoga 5 times a week and strength 2 times a week. When will it be okay for me to go back to my cardio-strength-yoga-etc. routine?
