I Am 17 And I Get The Croup Every Year, Never Fails. I Am Always Told By My Doctors That Croup Does Not Exist At My Age. I Don't Understand Why I Still Get It Then? I Am Pretty Sure That The Bus Doesnt Stop Here With It. I Will Probably Get It For The Rest Of My Life. I Looked Up A Couple Things About Adult Croup And It Said Swelling Of Air Tubes And Larynx. It Also Said It Had To Do With Mucus. But It Never Said Anything About It Recurring Every Single Year. I Have Been Hospitalized For This Since I Was Really Little. I Had A Special Inhaler And I Had To Get A Shot In My Butt Once. But I Am Still Getting It. Without Fail Every Year. Should I Get My Airways And Larynx Checked Out By A Doctor Since It Comes Every Year? Or Maybe I Have A Really Bad Allergy Or Asthma? I Have Never Really Been Checked For Asthma But I Diagnosed Myself With Exercise Induced Asthma And I Have A Really Hard Time Breathing In The Cold Weather So Doctors Gave Me An Inhaler Without Checking Me For Anything. Any Suggestions Would Be Great Thanks.
