ref my Questn, I have a small leak that drips on the passenger footwell in my ford

Ka. Any ideas to to resolve? i have ordered and received a heater valve but before i try and fit it, i notice that the pipes either side of the existing valve are warm, does this mean that maybe this is not the prob. Could it be as simple as the cable that controls the temp has snapped on the cold setting?

thanks for your help on my previous question and any advise is appreciated.
