Level I Nutrition Plan = Under 150 lbs.
Level II Nutrition Plan = Between 150 & 200 lbs.
Level III Nutrition Plan = 200 lbs & over
FYI: 25/m, 6ft, 211 lbs ~13-14% body fat
So once I drop below 200 lbs, should I start following the Level II Nutrition Plan?
