Regarding Vineyard usage tractor.?

I would like to know more on the tractor for vine growthing, which should equip with the basic function, like plough; till/ cultivated land; weeding & spary insecticide. (which should be fit for 1500MU of land area. )
Does anyone know about where can i find get more information on the tractor & price?
