...hands, etc...about the oil spill? I don't care if you're a Republican who thinks it's all Obama's fault, or a Democrat who blames it on BP's greed...what exactly are any of you accomplishing by yapping about it nonstop and in some of your cases actually affecting your sleep?

One user just asked if the Gulf can wait two months. I guess it might just have to unless one of you can twitch your nose and magically render the situation fixed.

My point is that everytime people declare this or that to be the Worst Thing That Ever Happened, a la Exxon Valdez, Bhopal, Chernobyl, etc...within a year it becomes a blip in the rear view mirror of history.
 
I agree. It needs to be cleaned up, end of story. Obama didn't go down and kick it over, BP didn't maliciously make it leak, it was an accident. Like spilling your milk. But black milk, and over a quintillion times the amount. But close.
