renewing t-mobile contract?

so the google mytouch 3g costs $150 with 2 yrs contract or just $400 for it...but then i already have a expiring family plan contract with tmobile. if i choose to renew the contract(keeping the same # and all), do i still get the price at 150 and not something else just like signing a new contract?

yes. because your renewing your contract and the phone should be cheaper because you should qualify for an upgrade

nope, with a new discounted phone you enter into a new 2 year contract.
